Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a charming vibe with most of the property remodeled, offering clean and comfortable rooms. The service was friendly and accommodating. The location is very convenient, surrounded by trendy shops and dining options. The dining experience, while simple, provided a pleasant morning wakeup. A great choice for a week-long stay with a heated pool and a genuine San Francisco character.
The hotel in Pacific Heights was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a weekend stay, allowing us separate space. The rooms could use a little tlc as they are a bit old and dated but still clean.
The hotel had very clean and comfy rooms with lovely black and white photography, although it could benefit from a fridge and a second chair. The service from Britney, Oscar, and Edric was really helpful and courteous, with lots of insight for places to visit and eat. The location felt safe, with great local restaurants nearby, although it was a bit loud. The dining experience consisted of fresh options like bagels and porridge, and the facilities were modern and convenient.
My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for a weekend getaway. While the parking fee of $30 per day was a bit annoying, the overall pricing was reasonable without being overly expensive.
The hotel offers nice and clean rooms, with a junior suite that may not meet your full expectations. While not overly expensive, the $30 per day parking fee can be quite annoying. The service is exceptional, with knowledgeable and helpful staff. The location is within walking distance of great restaurants and shops but not very close to main sights. The dining experience is good, simple, and limited. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff and convenient amenities.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and efficient, perfect for my kids to enjoy with easy access to the hammocks and pool area. While the rooms were a bit small and dated, they served their purpose well. The location is ideal for exploring Frisco without being in the midst of the hustle and bustle. The service was outstanding, with over-the-top friendliness and helpfulness from the staff. The dining options, although somewhat limited, offered a nice selection of pastries and fresh products. Overall, a great value for the money with some areas that could be improved.
