The hotel offers nice rooms with a great view of Kapiolani Park and Diamond Head off the busy Waikiki strip. The service was friendly, and the location is excellent for enjoying town and nature. The dining experience was average, and the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel is located in a quiet area of Honolulu, close to the beach and public transportation stops. The rooms are spacious, clean, and include an awesome coffee machine, offering great value for money. The service at the Lotus is extremely friendly and helpful, with a range of amenities included in the daily resort fee. On the downside, the dining options are limited and somewhat pricey for what is offered.
The hotel had a few 'mechanical' noises that were a little distracting in the rooms, but overall, they were spacious and offered an amazing view of Diamond Head. The service was friendly and accommodating, with some staff members going above and beyond. The location was perfect, close enough to Waikiki but away from the noise. The dining options were limited, and some facilities were not up to par, but the overall experience was positive.
I found this hotel to be a lovely place with some great perks like valet parking, beach amenities, and complimentary morning yoga sessions. However, the rooms were just okay and felt a bit overpriced.
