secure environment helpful staff clean linens complimentary coffee
The hotel provided a secure environment, reassuring (especially at night). The front desk staff was always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. My room featured clean linens and the bathroom was super clean. I found the complimentary morning coffee a real treat.
The elevator music was slightly repetitive .

the bed was excellent and very comfortable. reception staff made check in very easy. the location is a short walk from union square.
the elevators had keypads to use to access floors, but they weren't working.
