The location was awesome for seeing sights. i walked to the arc de triomphe and the champs-élysées super easy. i appreciated how the hotel was tucked away a bit. It felt secure.

the room was small, and the bathroom a bit cramped.

the staff was great i got all the information i needed. the location was also amazing we could easily walk to many attractions. i could leave my baggage at the hotel reception after checkout this was very helpful. coffee tasted amazing too.

the aircon did not work so i could not keep the window closed i found this quite bothersome. they did not refill toilet paper and i did not get fresh towels every day this was not ideal.

i found the staff very friendly. the room had a convenient location.. about ten minutes from arc de triomphe. the breakfast was also very nice. the room had a decent size, not huge, but it was comfortable.

the overall quality of the building was very poor. the room was very poor as well. i felt this reflected the value of the hotel and would prevent me from rebooking. there were some structural concerns.

The room interior looked great. The furniture was quite new. My request for a kettle in the room was fulfilled in advance. The administrator was friendly (a very nice touch). The hotel is close to the metro. many shops and restaurants are nearby.

The reception staff were helpful. Everybody working at the hotel was hospitable. They were very good too help with requests. I was greeted warmly and they made sure I had everything I needed.

The location is a massive selling point. The neighborhood has lovely shops, coffee shops, and bakeries. Excellent transport links are available nearby. Getting around is very easy from this location.
