I stayed for a few nights and found the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of items. The room had well-designed features and was spotlessly clean. I appreciated being able to control the room temperature in my room.
There was one minor issue, the walk to the historic part of town felt a little long.

The hotel room was very spacious. Public transport is nearby which is convenient for travel to tourist locations. The immediate area has eating places within walking distance. Groceries are available close by at Spar and Billa.

The bedroom was spacious. The view from the room overlooking the mountains was pretty. The staff were always helpful and assisted us with everything we needed . The carpet had a design themed to the city.
The location is not ideal. It is not in the city center. The hotel does not have a restaurant that is open in the evening. This is poor for a 4-star hotel, especially when there is nothing around.

i was surprised by the modern bathroom! it had a very large mirror and the soap smelled AMAZING!!! the hotel provided easy, on-site parking, a huge help after driving for hours.
