Fantastic Stay with Great River Proximity
stylish areas short walk
I found the staff helpful and the communal areas stylish. I also appreciated that the city center was a short walk alongside the river making sightseeing accessible and pleasant. The hotel's proximity to transport connections also enhanced my travel experience a lot.
The lack of a kettle and tea bags in the room was a slight inconvenience. This meant I had to go to the lobby for hot beverages.

Staff members offered assistance with requests I had. The check in and check out processes were straightforward and efficient so I could quickly settle in and depart.

river location friendly staff clean room
The location is a jewel. It sits near the river and the metro station. The staff greets every guest warmly. I found the room very clean. The modern bathroom, in particular, was beautiful.
The air conditioning wasn't working properly. I found no complimentary water in the room. I had to pay extra for a bottle.
