the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions I found acceptable.

the room size was a bit of a joke honestly I nearly tripped over my own suitcase trying to navigate around the bed it was quite a squeeze the air conditioning was about as effective as a chocolate teapot it just blew hot air around the room it wasn't a pleasant experience.

i found the air conditioning to be very effective , a real asset with the warm temperatures. the gluten-free options at breakfast were plentiful and tasty, which i greatly appreciated. also, i received drink coupons for the bar when i declined room cleaning, a nice touch. the hotel's proximity to the pedestrian street was very convenient for shopping and dining.

i did find that the process for exiting the parking garage required a coin from reception, a detail that was not initially communicated, but it was a minor thing.

the staff was always ready to help and very hospitable; i found this very welcoming. they promptly delivered an ironing board and extra blanket to my room upon request. i felt well-cared for throughout my entire stay.

the shower was great and the beds were very comfortable and the decor was relaxing

i went to this hotel after my wedding and i had the experience of waking up seeing brown stains below the bed sheet i slept on lights from the closet did not turn off even when it was closed. there was a canalisation odour in the bathroom in our room. i asked the staff to contact us afterwards as we did not have time at checkout while explaining the situation they never came back to us.
