I was a bit disappointed . The parking situation was not ideal. It was far from the hotel, and it was not included in the price (i find this quite annoying). the reception staff seemed slow to answer the phone. I'm not sure i will visit again.

Excellent City Center Hotel!

I was VERY charmed by the attentive service from all staff. The hotel's location is excellent. I was able to walk to the historic center by crossing the bridge. It was very convenient. The breakfast on the rooftop was superb with excellent service.

I found the reception staff were sometimes slow to answer the phone. More training in phone etiquette would improve the guest experience. The gym was also quite small. A larger gym would be appreciated.

The reception desk provided consistently kind service. Staff members were always professional. I APPRECIATED their willingness to assist with directions. All requests were handled efficiently and pleasantly.

Breakfast on the roof had a buffet. I ordered scrambled eggs from the waiter. The food was delicious; I liked the pleasant temperature. The views from the rooftop restaurant are memorable.
