AWESOME stay near Shibuya Crossing!
central location free ramen great bonus upgraded twin
This location IS central. It took only five minutes to walk to the metro. The onsen is separate for men and women and required to be naked. The ramen served in the evening was a GREAT bonus and I enjoyed the free ice cream. I booked an upgraded twin and the room size worked WELL.
The train tracks NEAR the hotel was really bothering. It woke me up one night, not the best experience.

shibuya stay, was so good!
convenient location really good attentiveness super clean clean shower
I was so pleased with the convenient location. the walk to both shibuya and harajuku stations was quick. the staff showed really good attentiveness. Nothing reminded me of too much trouble for them. our room was always spotlessly clean. The shower was totally wonderful.
I did find the provided pillows to be quite firm. we only got one thin pillow and i was hoping for more support. requesting a different pillow helped slightly, but it still wasn't ideal. A softer option would have been perfect for me.

My room was quite spacious. I enjoyed the layout! the room included a tv with international channels. That was super helpful. there were complimentary toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and body wash, all replenished daily.

I really appreciated the staff's prompt responses. They addressed my requests quickly. the free ramen offered each evening was such a treat! i also found the luggage storage service very useful. It allowed me to explore freely.

Convenient Stay Close to Shibuya
convenient location evening ramen relaxing onsen easy access
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to both Shibuya and Harajuku areas. It was easy to access various shopping and dining options. The complimentary ramen offered in the evenings was a nice touch. I also found the on-site onsen very relaxing after long days of exploring.
The room was a bit small, making it slightly challenging to move around with luggage.

the staff was polite and professional! they were super helpful. I really enjoyed the evening free ramen noodles. Also the onsen was nice to relax after a long day.

adequate stay with minor issues
firm bed train noise
the bed proved too firm. i requested an alternative pillow but the replacement offered marginal improvement. additionally, our room's proximity to the train tracks meant constant noise until late. this made restful sleep difficult, though i appreciate the hotel's attempt to accommodate my request for a better pillow, the noise remained a persistent issue.
