The location is convenient for accessing transport links. I found it especially helpful.
My room was smaller than expected, even by city standards. Suitcase storage proved difficult. the self check-in and check-out system made the staff interactions impersonal, lacking the support i experienced elsewhere.

I found the location super convenient, near two subway lines and ginza station. i also really loved the massage chair. It was a perfect treat after long days of exploring. i'd say i made great use of it after walks!
the room was quite small, even by japanese standards, and the massage chair took up a lot of space. it made navigating the room a bit tricky. honestly, a small closet would have been more useful.

the staff helped with directions, and I am thankful. the in-hotel restaurant had tasty food and a varied menu. the bed was comfortable, and pillows were plush, I am grateful for that.
the room was tiny, it was not easy to move around. there wasn't a hook to hang a towel in the toilet. i think the train noise made it difficult to sleep soundly, i am grateful it didn't bother me a lot.

the room felt smaller than i anticipated i struggled to fully open my suitcase without placing it on the bed the shower had aged seals that was cracked and discolored i found these details disappointing considering the price point i thought the overall space utilization could be improved with a more practical design
