Comfortable Stay Near Ueno Park

I found the twin room spacious and well-equipped. A hair dryer, soaps, tea kettle, and refrigerator were available. I also appreciated the convenient laundry facilities. Many small eateries are nearby, and the hotel food was delicious (especially the breakfasts!).
The walls were a bit thin. I could sometimes hear noises from the corridor.

The staff was consistently helpful and spoke English fluently. They provided directions and answered all my questions promptly. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and staff members were available at all times.

the staff was helpful regarding local attractions (i appreciated the map).
The room was not very soundproof. I heard corridor noise. also, the bedding seemed a bit old, and the comforter under the sheet had some yellow stains. it would have been great with newer bedding.
