seamless stay

smooth process helpful staff

The check-in process was very smooth. I appreciated Waty, a concierge staff member, who helped me change my room. The first room had two single beds and I wanted a queen bed instead. The room I received was both clean and spacious.

There was no deadbolt installed in my room, and marks on the door panel showed it had been removed. I did not feel entirely safe without the deadbolt. I think that should be fixed.
