The hotel location provided easy access to chinatown. It was a short walk. i found the breakfast satisfactory, especially the omelets prepared at the cooking station. staff offered access to showers after checkout for my late flight. I appreciated this. i also liked the streamlined express checkout process. It saved me time.

the room air conditioning did not allow for temperature adjustment, causing it to be too cold. it was either stuffy or freezing. i found this problematic.

The location was acceptable and the hotel provided black out curtains.

The reception staff's behaviour was rude! The cleaning ladies came to the room before the check out time. They rang the bell until we opened the door, and their answer was that we had to wake up. Another staff member rang the bell again, and they said they did not back at 7 when we asked for five more minutes.

The location was excellent. I found it very easy to get around. The shower worked well. The bed and pillows were excellent, and I slept so well.

At 9:30am, I heard a hammer drill sound. It was unbearably loud! I was also told nothing could be done about it initially.
