the hotel arranged a golf cart ride from the airport because no cars are allowed. our room was spacious i remember. i tried the turkish breakfast and it included so much food. the hotel is near all main attractions. the staff was helpful.

the hotel's location was superb. it was just around the corner from major sites, so it was easy to avoid morning crowds. the courtyard near reception was a lovely place for a break during the day.
I noticed some staff were not as attentive as expected for a luxury hotel. a more personalized service would have been appreciated. i also found the breakfast venues confusing. A clear map would have helped.

The staff gave us an adapter when we forgot ours. It took only minutes. their golf cart was always available to transport us. It was convenient. the bathroom was HUGE, and that was a plus. but the style of the houses was beautiful!

The location was convenient. A short walk from main historical sites.
The buggy service, intended to assist with transportation, proved unreliable. i often had to wait an extended period, even after pre-arranging pickups. furthermore, the room showed its age. The bathroom fixtures needed updating, and i noticed some wear and tear throughout the space.
