the rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable with outstandingly attractive bathrooms
the reception staff were cold and unhelpful i was disappointed that the bar was closed early even though it was advertised to be open later other guests also wanted a nightcap this felt uncaring.

the staff were lovely. the atmosphere felt perfect, like a home from home. i felt welcome and cared for. i found a quality that is rare. it is a comfortable hotel.
i found no fridge in the room. also, the bed linen was not changed until the last day. i believe that this issue could have been avoided.

comfortable loungewindow tablefirst class food
i found a very comfortable lounge area. our window table provided good views. the table linen was immaculate. the food was first class. i enjoyed the absence of piped music.
the hairdryer in the bathroom was an older model.
