My visit was pleasant and the hotel's proximity to Schönbrunn Palace proved invaluable. The location allowed for easy access to public transportation. The front office staff provided really good service (specifically, pavel was great!). The suite was spacious and well equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, and fridge.

The hotel features a fitness center, I noted it provided a amazing view during my morning work out. A self-service shop near the reception offers snacks and drinks, and a sauna allows for great relaxation after a long day.

Reception staff provided friendly service, and some members even spoke multiple languages. Housekeeping maintained a clean room . Staff was responsive and addressed all my needs, which contributed to a smooth stay.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!). The variety included hot and cold selections, and I found the quality to be acceptable.

I found the location convenient for visiting Schönbrunn Palace, it was a short walk. My room had ample space to store luggage. The hotel provided tram connections to metro stations, with access to the city center..
The breakfast buffet lacked some variety.

The underground parking lot offered a fixed daily rate. Storing luggage after checkout was possible. There are good transportation links plus the hotel is spacious and comfortable.

The staff were amazing and gave me a sweet welcome. The receptionist at check-in were pretty good too ensure we had a lovely stay. I experienced a friendly service.
