the bed was very comfortable and the open bathroom was great. the shower was spacious and well-designed. our room was quiet despite facing the street. air-conditioning worked very well during hot days. the breakfast was really amazing with so much to choose from.
i found the carpeting in the room a bit old.

The hotel is situated very close to a subway stop. Westbanhof is a very good stop. most attractions are easily accessible in about 30 minutes. mariahilferstrasse is just around the corner. it includes many shops.

The bathroom fan was loud and quite unpleasant. I noticed dark areas in the bathroom. It wasn't properly cleaned in the corners. There was only one chair in our double room. We needed another one.

The location is PERFECT! It is a short walk to the train station, made getting around super easy. The room was very spacious and clean, so it. The staff were always available and ready to assist, too!

The staff were very helpful and responsive. They addressed all my questions quickly. Check-in was efficient, and I received assistance with my luggage immediately. The team also arranged a taxi for my early morning departure very fast.

My Double Room included a rainfall shower and a separate sink. The air conditioning worked perfectly, maintaining a pleasant temperature in the room. The bed mattress was amazing. I slept soundly every night .

The room layout was quite odd. The shower was in the room's center with little privacy. I could easily hit my head on the glass during the night. It wasn't an issue since I was with my spouse. The carpets throughout were also unclean. I asked for extra pillows three times and received extra blankets instead.
