I really appreciated the reasonable parking fee. The location was advantageous for visiting the nearby arena. Breakfast included gluten-free options, such as bread and cereals with a separate toaster, a considerate touch. Staff members were polite at reception, especially on Sunday morning during checkout.
The bathroom heater definitely needs replacement. Its current condition detracts from the bathroom appeal, especially since the bathroom was large and clean. The appearance impacted my overall impression of the otherwise lovely bathroom.

I found the location very convenient for getting around (it was near many shops). the room was quite clean when i arrived. parking was easy and reasonably priced. i appreciated the friendly staff at the front desk. They were always ready to help.
The heater in the bathroom could use an update. It looked a bit worn.

the reception staff were very polite and helpful with directions. i spoke with them on multiple occasions, and they were consistently quick to assist me with my questions. (they even recommended a nice local spot!).

As a wheelchair user, I noticed the access throughout the hotel was spacious. The accessible room included fixtures at wheelchair level. Staff quickly returned my dropped purse, which I appreciated. The team stocked breakfast items well, and I enjoyed gluten-free options and oat milk.
The bar had limited choice and the restaurant wasn't open evenings. I am disabled and wanted eat in the hotel. My husband didn't want to drive so he could drink and we had to use a taxi.

the location couldn't be better, it was seriously close to everything i wanted to see. staff were so friendly, always ready to help and. i especially loved how spacious the room was, it.
I found myself waiting longer than i expected at times. this was especially noticeable during peak hours.
