Reviews and Ratings
The hotel felt like having your own home in the Centre of Liverpool. The rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious, although a lack of air conditioning and a faulty shower slightly spoiled the experience. The rooftop balcony was a nice touch. The service was helpful, with an early check-in possible. The location couldn't have been better for our needs, being near Liverpool 1 and close to Albert Dock. The dining options were satisfactory, although there were some issues with the timing of availability in the restaurant downstairs. Facilities were decent, and the value for money was reasonable.
Initially offered basic rooms on the first floor, but quickly transferred to better rooms. The hotel is conveniently located near the Albert Docks, shopping centers, and lively nightlife areas. Plenty of dining options nearby, though occasional food smells wafted from below. Overall, a good choice for exploring Liverpool.
My stay at this hotel provided a very comfortable and convenient base for an enjoyable trip to Liverpool. The rooms were of an excellent standard and exceeded my expectations. The hallway with the toilet downstairs leading into the living and kitchen area was spacious and well-equipped, and everything was spotless. The upstairs bathroom and bedroom were also spacious, with very comfy beds. However, I felt that the living area was overpriced for what was offered, and it didn't feel as luxurious as advertised.
The hotel is in a great location, close to everything you need. The rooms are well-equipped, sparkling clean, and beds are extremely comfortable, making it an easy choice to rebook and recommend to friends. However, the actual apartments are not very impressive.
I can't say enough about this hotel! The prime location is outstanding, right in the heart of the action. Everything was perfectly clean, and I've stayed here a few times before. I'm definitely coming back again. However, the rooms are not soundproof as advertised, which was a bit of a letdown. Our stay was amazing; we didn't even want to leave to go out. The suite was huge and consisted of an entrance hall, a large bedroom, a shower room, a bathroom, and a huge living room with a full kitchen and dining area. The decor was very nice, and everything was so comfortable.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location, walking distance from lots of the tourist sights, The Albert Dock, Liverpool One, and surrounded by good bars and restaurants. The rooms exceeded our expectations with a spacious layout, comfortable beds, and impeccable cleanliness. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The spacious rooms were beyond expectations, especially the Executive Penthouse we were upgraded to. The friendly and helpful service made my experience even better. The location was perfect, close to all the local attractions. The dining options were great, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel was nice and a lot better than staying in a hotel room, although it was a long way from the bathroom and situated in a noisy area. Unfortunately, the room wasn't very clean initially, so we had to move, causing a delay. The service was friendly both on arrival and checkout, despite confusion about manors during a phone call. The location was ideal for the city center, but noisy at night. We enjoyed the bar restaurant downstairs, even though we had to discover another one close by ourselves. The 2-in-1 washer cum dryer tumbler was inconvenient with its load capacity. Just across the road from L1 and a short walk to Albert Dock and the arena area. However, back to Nottingham, we noted it as an advantage. The dual Washer cum Dryer Tumbler Dryer could only handle a 2 kg load. Rooms were rated 6/10 for being a step up from a regular hotel room but facing cleanliness issues that caused inconvenience and delays. Service earned a rating of 7/10 for the overall friendliness despite a lack of knowledge about a seemingly relevant course. The location scored 8/10 for being centrally situated, although noise affected our stay. Dining was enjoyable with options, targeting an 8/10 rating. The facilities were above expectations and rated 9/10.
The apartment was great, spacious, and clean, but the constant smell of food from the pub downstairs was a downside. The service was exceptional, and the location was ideal for nightlife enthusiasts, although noise from the street affected my sleep. Dining options were convenient but not extraordinary.
Upon arrival, the rooms were cold with all windows open, and a missing bed was not the ideal start. However, the staff accommodated my request for a balcony, which was a beautiful addition. The two-bedroom suite was spacious, clean, warm, and comfortable, offering a cozy retreat despite the initial hiccups.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious with a huge balcony, but the traffic noise was a bit disruptive. The service was superb, especially thanks to Katie who made our birthday treat unforgettable. The location was perfect, close to all the shopping spots and vibrant nightlife. The dining was fantastic, exceeding our expectations. Overall, a great value for money experience.
