the room was equipped with everything i could possibly need. the rooftop terrace was a fantastic addition. i also appreciated the nespresso machine with free coffee capsules.

the location is very convenient , close to many attractions and various dining options. the hotel style is beautiful and feels quite comfortable. the staff was helpful even before i arrived , assisting with directions and answering questions.
the nespresso machine did make a slight noise during operation , but it was not a major issue.

The location is super central. The room had nespresso pod coffee and also a wine on arrival. I found the rooftop area lovely. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

I adored the welcome gift of wine and water. Such a lovely touch! The rooftop terrace offered a peaceful spot to watch the sunset. The staff was super helpful in recommending local spots. Their kindness was greatly appreciated.
The stairs can be a bit challenging with heavy luggage.

The air conditioning did not work. I complained several times, and I was assured it would be addressed, but it was not. This was a serious issue (especially since temperatures were high).
