the superior double room was spacious. it was nicely decorated. i found the complimentary water bottles a welcome touch. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The breakfast was average. It could use some improvements in variety and quality.

poor towelsbad maintenance
i am very frustrated with some aspects of my stay. the heating did not work properly and a staff member provided a heater. this happened only after two nights of intense cold and our child had to sleep in our bed because of it. i also found the towels of poor quality. the room's overall cleanliness and maintenance were quite bad
