the staff was helpful with directions. a staff member assisted me with getting a taxi. the room included complimentary toiletries.
Only two people fit with luggage. housekeeping skipped my room one day. i mentioned it to the reception, and they took care of it right away.

location is super i found. its a quick hop to the metro station place de clichy. moulin rouge is nearby and palais garnier is easy to reach. staff are super friendly to me and helpful always. beds are comfy with pillows super for sleep.

the staff assisted with postal needs. a manager accompanied me to a post office when i had language difficulties. i received tea while waiting to access my room. all staff were friendly and showed interest in my holiday.
the room was very small, its definitely not worth the price. the shower and the toilet are so close to the charger.

The staff showed me really good kindness. One manager accompanied me to the post office. I needed help mailing paintings back home, and they assisted when the postal worker and I struggled with language. Upon my arrival, a staff member offered me tea while I waited for my room. The room decor was lovely and modern.
The A/C did not work in my room, a significant issue. I found a fan already there. The fan had been switched off upon my return each day. I did get a discount, but I still found the situation annoying.

The hotel's location was amazing. Several great restaurants and multiple metro stations were super close! The quality of the towels and bed linens felt so luxurious. I adored the friendly staff. Their service was really good.
Only two people with luggage fit at once.
