The room was super tidy and the bed was really comfortable! a tote bag, a water bottle, a fan, chocolate, and shower gel products were complimentary. Such a nice surprise! daily cleaning kept everything fresh.
the tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom weren't the best, unfortunately.

friendly staffreally good lounge
My superior double or twin room was clean. The staff were very friendly upon arrival. The location had easy access to public transport, that i appreciated. I found the really good lounge a great spot to share an evening glass of wine. The ambience was good.

This location IS near the UNESCO building. The eiffel tower is a short walk away. Several metro stations offered gateways to reach various parts of the city. I loved it.

The hotel is located in a quiet area. It is also close to many attractions. I found transportation by metro and taxi very practical. The staff was friendly and helpful .
I found that the rooms were quite small. The two beds were pushed together in the twin room. There wasn't much space between them.

The breakfast was not great. The staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful, for example the cooked eggs were ice cold, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

the room i had booked, a beautiful double or twin room, was not as expected. the bathroom felt cramped, especially the shower area. also, the minibar was missing, disappointing (i expected it in this kind of room).
