i had difficulty with valet parking due to limited space. the staff did not promptly address my car damage claim. the rooftop pool was closed (a major disappointment).

the room was perfectly clean and nicely appointed. nice linens and a selection of pillows were available. i found an ample supply of nespresso pods daily. the cleaning crew were also fantastic.
the electric wall switches for lights and curtains needed labels. they were quite challenging. i would have liked a book with the hotel amenities in my room.

the rooftop pool offered a wonderful, far-reaching view. the spa area included fresh, chilled water with lemon and bottled mineral water. there were both dry and wet saunas available, along with a small pool featuring jacuzzi loungers inside the water.

the breakfast was very good. there was a lot of choice. i especially liked the fresh fruit. the hotel location was decent (i used taxis to get around).
my room had issues (it was a basic double). the shower door didn't close well. this caused some flooding. also, the sink smelled badly.
