amazing stay, totally blew me away!
ocean view rain shower scenic path
my beautiful room had a fine ocean view. i loved sitting on the balcony. the bathroom had a rain shower and premium amenities making it feel like a real spa. the hotel grounds are calm and beautifully landscaped. you can access the beach directly through a scenic path.
the pool loungers seemed worn. i noticed some stains. it could use some tlc.

the staff were polite and friendly. the reception and concierge teams were always eager to help and were fantastic. they organized activities for us including a boat trip. it was really special.

tv flicker poolside management
The tv in my room had a persistent flicker. Reception acknowledged it but didn't resolve it . (i found that pretty frustrating). also, the poolside loungers situation was a mess. towels reserved many chairs all day, but no one actually used them. it felt poorly managed.

totally amazing stay!!!
warm welcome spacious room friendly staff good breakfast
the welcome was so warm! the rooms were clean, spacious and just beautiful!!! the staff was super friendly and cute, always ready with a smile. breakfast was such a treat with so many options, and i loved that the whole place smelled lovely.
the only tiny thing i noticed was that sometimes the poolside loungers seemed a bit crowded by mid-morning, but honestly, it wasn't a big deal.

the room had a beautiful ocean view! it was very relaxing and comfortable. the room included a spacious wardrobe, a minibar, and a modern bathroom with premium toiletries and a powerful hairdryer.

the staff were attentive and always ready to assist. the valet parking was very convenient. the poolside service allowed ordering via qr code, right from the lounger. requests were handled promptly and efficiently!!!

clean pools helpful staff delicious food detailed grounds
The pools were very clean and offered comfortable chairs. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The food at the restaurants was delicious. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options. I especially appreciated the attention to detail throughout the grounds.
I noticed some minor wear on the furniture in the common areas.

The hotel features several pools, including a dedicated children's pool and an adults-only pool. I also saw an indoor spa pool. The fitness center includes three treadmills and also has a selection of free weights. There is a direct access to the Falésia beach.

The hotel is near the coast, with direct access to Falésia Beach. I appreciated the convenience. I also saw the pine trees all over, it was located only a short walk away. The setting is very relaxing.

The room included a large bed, two separate sinks. and a rainfall shower. I found this very useful. The room was cleaned daily, I noted. It was equipped with household appliances.
