Acceptable stay overall

spacious room good food professional staff inconsistent cleaning small gym unreplaced glassware

The room was spacious. I appreciated the variety of food options that were available with the all inclusive package. The professional staff was helpful and efficient .

The room cleaning lacked consistency. Dirty glasses remained unreplaced and water bottles were not refilled . The gym was small. It lacked equipment like a training bench making it unsuitable for more than two people.

family stay near the coast

helpful staff spacious room nice variety

i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the room was spacious, and the beds provided great comfort. i liked the hotel's cleanliness and the christmas decorations. the food offered a nice variety each day and night.

i was disappointed with the limited range of included alcohol. even a simple rum and coke was an extra charge. it seemed odd that cocktails were included, yet basic spirits and mixers required an additional payment. the late check-out option added unexpected costs.

Acceptable stay but improvements needed

limited range broken sunloungers

The room was spacious and included quality furniture.

The all-inclusive option had a limited range of alcohol. I was surprised a simple rum and coke was chargeable at around €13. The sun loungers seemed cheap and many were broken.
