i found the staff very helpful and friendly. the room was spacious, and the beds provided great comfort. i liked the hotel's cleanliness and the christmas decorations. the food offered a nice variety each day and night.
i was disappointed with the limited range of included alcohol. even a simple rum and coke was an extra charge. it seemed odd that cocktails were included, yet basic spirits and mixers required an additional payment. the late check-out option added unexpected costs.

The all-inclusive option had a limited range of alcohol. I was surprised a simple rum and coke was chargeable at around €13. The sun loungers seemed cheap and many were broken.

The room was large and well-equipped. I had access to top quality food and beverages. The staff were friendly and well-trained. Quick check-in and check-out was available.
The outdoor pools were not heated even on sunny days it was too cold to swim.
