the hotel provided free parking in the garage and the concierge always offered assistance.
Upon arrival, the room assigned to me had curtains that did not close properly. this meant i was woken up very early each morning. the toilet flush only worked intermittently. This was unacceptable.

the room was large, and the balcony gave me awesome space to unwind. the staff was friendly. i liked the variety in the dining areas. food tasted nice, but there was a problem, not a big one though.
i felt the breakfast wasn't good at all. choices were limited. hot breakfast was warm at best. i complained, but nothing changed, it was only a minor inconvenience though, but still worth mentioning, as it happened every day. i had a decent stay overall, though.

i found the staff very helpful, especially juan at the pool. the location is excellent, providing easy access to the town center. the breakfast selection was Great, with a wide variety of choices that catered to different tastes.
i experienced some delay in the room cleaning service, with rooms not always being serviced until late. this occurred on a few days, causing some inconvenience. the tv signal was intermittent, affecting viewing quality
