The hotel's proximity to multiple metro stations proved convenient for city exploration. i appreciated the short walk to arenas shopping centre. It offered diverse dining and entertainment options. the rooftop views were fine, particularly during sunset, and i really enjoyed that.
The shower's water temperature fluctuated a bit. It briefly turned cooler periodically.

the hotel is a short walk from plaça d'espanya. the air conditioning worked well in my room, i appreciated that. two metro stations are within a five-minute walk, a significant advantage for exploring.
the water temperature in the shower was not constant, i experienced fluctuations every fifteen seconds. this made showering somewhat uncomfortable and less relaxing.

the location is close to public transportation
the check-in process was very slow and manual the staff was not very friendly especially an older lady. the hotel felt more like a three-point-five star instead of a four-star hotel. i think they need to streamline the check-in services.
