The staff at reception handled all my requests with humor and patience! i especially liked the amazing breakfast spread. also, the housekeepers kept everything spotlessly clean. I found this really helpful. the location is great for exploring the ciutat vella.
The air conditioning was not as effective as i would have liked. The room felt a little warm at times.

Lovely Stay in City Center!

I was thrilled by the building's classic architecture! My room was modern plus spacious. The Nespresso coffee and wide selection at the buffet breakfast were fantastic. Its proximity to the university and central market made exploration easy!
The bar closed relatively early, at 10:30 PM, limiting late-night options within the hotel.

The hotel is just a short walk from the cathedral! It is also within walking distance of the central part of the city. A bus stop sits only two minutes away and the metro at Colón is six minutes by foot.

The breakfast was rich with a good variety of items. the location proved very convenient. It was very close to the center.
The staff did not seem overly concerned with guest happiness. They were efficient. i noticed cigarette burns in the curtains. and bed decorations, disappointing.
