satisfactory experience
clean room spacious room convenient location reservation issue no privacy temperature control
the room was clean. it was very spacious with everything i needed to be comfortable. the train station was just in front of the hotel. all the good places to visit were a very short distance away
i couldn't even get a reservation at the tapas bar on the first evening. it was very disappointing. the bedroom i was allocated directly faced offices so there was no privacy. it was a struggle to control the room temperature.

Just OK Stay. Some Issues
unfriendly staff minimal privacy
I did not find the staff all that friendly, disappointing. Sourcing a kettle proved very difficult. I expected tea and coffee facilities in the room. Our room faced directly into offices, so privacy was minimal. It was also hard to control the temperature in the room. I wish there were instructions.

lovely stay near the river
excellent location canal view breakfast options good service
the hotel's location was excellent. i could easily walk to many points of interest. i enjoyed the canal view from my room. i also appreciated that breakfast had many options. the restaurant provided various choices and a good service.
the room temperature was a little difficult to adjust precisely, it took some time to find a comfortable setting.

the hotel features spacious rooms equipped well. daily cleaning kept the rooms to a high standard. a club lounge offers soft drinks throughout the day and a full bar in the evening. a nearly empty underground parking provides space.

the staff were attentive and helpful . breakfast was restocked regularly with fresh items during service hours. the level executive lounge provided comfortable seating and efficient service. i found them very helpful.

breakfast included diverse and surprising options each morning. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of choices. the lounge offered soft drinks and snacks all day. i liked the quality of the products
