The location provided convenient access to luxury stores. Lv and gucci were just around the corner. the room itself was spacious, contributing to a comfortable stay. but the cleanliness really stood out!

The service felt REALLY slow for a hotel THis expensive. The staff seemed kinda unfriendly. Getting answers to questions was not easy. I specifically asked for WINE glasses, but my request wasnt accommodated. I had to drink good Douro wine from water glasses.

The breakfast selection was extensive. I enjoyed the variety of items available. The staff at the front desk provided excellent service, they were always ready to assist with any questions i had.
The towels in the bathroom seemed worn. I noticed the hairdryer in my room was not working properly, it took some time to get a replacement.

They moved at a snail's pace! Only one was working . I think the hotel could use a bit of a refresh because I spotted a few maintenance issues. I noticed a leaky shower needing some serious attention. It made the bathroom floor quite slippery! the gym was pretty small. It barely had enough equipment for a proper workout.

the room was very clean upon arrival i found water and a snack available in the lobby which was a kind touch the staff was very friendly and helpful with directions nearby there was a good breakfast cafe just across the street with fresh pastries. i used the sauna and gym which were well maintained i also enjoyed a bathtub in my room it felt luxurious and relaxing after a day of exploration.
the air conditioning was a bit loud during the night it made a noticeable sound i found somewhat disruptive it was a minor issue but worth mentioning
