the hotel room was very clean and modern. the breakfast had sufficient options. the hotel is near bus stops and a metro station making access around the city easy. the rooftop deck with a pool was nice.
I had to request assistance to turn on the ac in my room. the bed was very hard. a comforter was not readily available. I found out later it was in the closet.

the staff was attentive. the room was clean. i found breakfast good with basic options. the hotel is very close to the airport, this was convenient for my last night before departure (i especially liked that).
i found that the bathroom has no door, therefore, there is no intimacy at all. that was a real discomfort.

I found the staff very helpful. They arranged an airport shuttle for both my arrival and departure. Breakfast each morning included various choices. My room was clean with daily fresh towels. The rooftop pool offered a welcome retreat after a busy day.
My room was on level -1. It had limited natural light, so it smelled slightly of air freshener.
