Wonderful stay!

comfortable bedfriendly staff
I found the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom was newly renovated with nice toiletries. The location are ideal to get to the city center, and I appreciated the soundproofing. The staff are friendly and helpful, specially Joseph, he gave me sightseeing tips. I had an excellent stay.

The location was fantastic! a rewe supermarket is really nearby and i could walk to the main train station in under ten minutes, so easy. the premises were amazingly clean and i really appreciated that they stored my luggage for free after checkout. the quick check-in and check-out process was super efficient. It saved me so much time.
the only thing i can think of, is there weren't any english tv channels available, though i wasn't really there to watch tv.

The staff was helpful with directions and suggestions for local attractions. the breakfast selection was diverse with many options. the room was clean and well maintained. The housekeeping service deserves recognition for its consistency. i also found a travel adapter, a nice touch.
