Wonderful stay!
comfortable bedfriendly staff
I found the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom was newly renovated with nice toiletries. The location are ideal to get to the city center, and I appreciated the soundproofing. The staff are friendly and helpful, specially Joseph, he gave me sightseeing tips. I had an excellent stay.

The hotel are near the main train station. There are supermarkets and good restaurants nearby. I also visited many tourist spots with a little walk from the hotel, what a great location.

The location was fantastic! a rewe supermarket is really nearby and i could walk to the main train station in under ten minutes, so easy. the premises were amazingly clean and i really appreciated that they stored my luggage for free after checkout. the quick check-in and check-out process was super efficient. It saved me so much time.
the only thing i can think of, is there weren't any english tv channels available, though i wasn't really there to watch tv.

the hotel is conveniently situated on a quiet pedestrian street that is very close to the central train station and karlsplatz. i safe area walking around, even alone at night, because the area is calm and well-lit, great!

The staff was helpful with directions and suggestions for local attractions. the breakfast selection was diverse with many options. the room was clean and well maintained. The housekeeping service deserves recognition for its consistency. i also found a travel adapter, a nice touch.
the street outside was a bit noisy at times.

i found the staff at the front office to be the best team. the wine bar and restaurant were great. the breakfast was also great.
i found no ac in the room. there was also a loud noise level. our room faced the street , where trolleys ran frequently all night , which caused a lot of loud noise.
