The air conditioning was quite noisy. I complained to the staff, but they did not seem to care much. I was bothered by the noise all night. the soap was misplaced. I found it strange. The cabinet handle was not secured correctly either. It was a mess.

I stayed for several nights and was impressed with the location near the train station! The room felt VERY spacious and clean, which i always appreciate. The hotel offered good facilities.

I had to request extra coffee and tea for my room (it was never automatically refilled). This was a bit inconvenient, but the staff addressed it quickly once i asked.

My executive suite featured ample space with very comfortable beds and pillows that guaranteed restful nights. The room was well maintained, and the amenities provided added to the overall positive experience (i especially loved the size!). The climate control worked perfectly.

The hotel is VERY close to the main train station and within walking distance of historical sites! This made exploring the area convenient, since i didn't need a car. Access to transportation and local attractions was straightforward.

The breakfast buffet was extensive with lots of options to choose from, so i was able to enjoy fresh items daily. Dinner at the hotel was also a treat, since the menu offered a variety of dishes. I found the dining experience to be quite satisfying.

The location near the train station was very helpful for my travel plans! the staff was very kind and accommodating. my room was upgraded to an executive suite. This was a nice surprise.

The hotel showed some age. I noticed the shower leaked and made the bathroom floor wet, a bit inconvenient.
