I stayed in a standard quadruple room. the room was large enough, perfect for our group. i liked that the toilet and shower were separate. It made getting ready easier. it also had cutlery which i found very rare for a hotel!!!
my room was quite small. the bathroom was also very small, i felt. the hotel is not exactly in the city center. i had to take a tram to get around!!!

tram stop common area helpful staff
the tram stop was very close to the hotel. this made getting around easy. there was free coffee in the common area. the staff assisted me with storing luggage before check-in.
The staffing level seemed minimal. It felt more like a b&b than a full hotel.

Beds were very comfortable. a little kitchen area was good. a big shower provided adequate space. the staff was helpful. They allowed early check-in.
the room had limited space. it felt compact. the bathroom seemed particularly small.

the staff at the reception was helpful, which i found acceptable.
the breakfast was not good. i found a limited selection of food. the room was also quite small. it felt cramped with luggage.

fantastic stay!
great service super clean room helpful staff
martina went beyond expectations with her service! the cleaner always ensured my room was super clean, which i really appreciated. i found the staff very helpful and they were always there to assist, a real plus for any traveler. they even provided disposable raincoats due to some rainy weather!
the bed mattresses were a bit too soft for my liking.

this hotel is near the hottingerplatz tram station. it is easily accessible from the main train station. the hotel sits on a clean silent district, and it is a short walk to several cafes that open early.

the receptionist was very friendly. they were helpful in sorting parking and suggesting locations to visit. the staff were available, helpful, and polite. staff helped me with disposable raincoats!

the room felt a bit cramped, especially with luggage. moving around the bed was difficult. the bathroom was also very small. i think there is a need for a bit more space to make things comfortable.
