Excellent Hotel Experience!
great variety quiet street
The breakfast had great variety. I was impressed! The location on a quiet street was a big plus, very close to the center. The complimentary drinks in the fridge each day were a welcome bonus after exploring.

great location main sites expensive parking night cost
I loved the location. It was very close to main sites. the cafe on the corner was also great. i would stay here again, for sure!
the parking was too expensive for hotel guests. it cost 35 € per night. i thought that was a bit much.

some issues with the stay
broken air conditioning soft pillows
the air conditioning did not work well the room was too hot at 25 degrees i told the receptionist but nothing happened the pillows were too soft also i only got one english tea bag each day that was annoying the receptionist did not address it

excellent stay
free upgrade clean room stocked mini fridge really good service
I arrived early. I received a free room upgrade. the room was very nice and clean. it included free access to the mini fridge. The staff restocked it daily. the bed was comfortable! for my partner's birthday, they provided complimentary wine and meringues. i found that to be really good service.

Breakfast has a wide variety of food. there are complimentary drinks in the fridge daily. I find that relaxing after a tiring day. the breakfast service offers a good start to the day.

small room few machines
The breakfast was good. It had many options.
I was not thrilled with the room size. It felt smaller than expected for what i paid. the air conditioning barely worked, and the room stayed uncomfortably warm, even after i reported it twice. also, the gym was seriously lacking in equipment. it had only a few machines.
