The location were very convenient. i walked only five minutes to hagia sofia. the staff gave warm services always. they prepared tea for me when i leave early. I appreciate that. the breakfasts is very tasty also.
my room had some outdated furniture, thats all. it was ok.

i found the staff very friendly. gunes and murat assisted me at all hours. they organized a private tour for me at the last minute. i stored luggage with them and it was very convenient.
The cleaning ladies didn't do a great job. They only made the bed. the bedding had holes in it.

my standard double room had a kettle. bottled water, tea bags, and sugar coffee were available EVERYDAY. i thought the room was VERY comfortable and well-equipped for my needs.

the hotel has a restaurant with international cuisine. i noticed they provide free istanbul kart. you can return it when you check out. there is a lift, WHICH is a big plus.

the hotel is conveniently located near the tram line. the restaurant provided really good cuisine, some of the best i tried. the breakfast selection was great and very fulfilling!!!
the cleaning ladies did a substandard job . bedding had holes and wasn't changed, that was very unpleasant. i also observed black mold in the bathroom, quite concerning.

The hotel is close to tourist spots. the hotel is surrounded by shops and cafes. a pedestrian area is nearby. I found great restaurants there. it has live music and a lively atmosphere, so it is a perfect spot to hang out.
i found the furniture outdated. the walls and ceiling were a little mouldy. the wifi connection was not the best.

The location was certainly a plus. it was close to major attractions like the blue mosque. the breakfast offered a decent selection. I found enough options to start the day.
The room i stayed in had outdated furniture. i also noticed some mould on the walls and ceiling. This was quite visible. the wifi connection in my room was not reliable, it kept disconnecting.

the staff was helpful. one staff member printed a map and provided tram directions even though i wasn't staying there yet. the breakfast selection changed daily and tasted quite good. the rooms were clean.
i noticed the bed linen was not completely clean. i found stains on one side, suggesting it wasn't changed properly. this was disappointing..
