I absolutely loved my stay at this wonderful hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated with high ceilings and great interior design, but some areas looked a little dated and shabby. The service, especially the polite and friendly staff with good English knowledge, was the highlight of my experience. The location was fantastic and central to all tourist sites in Istanbul, near the Galata bridge and easily accessible via metro and tram. The dining experience with traditional Turkish food was amazing, although limited dining options nearby may be a consideration. Overall, a great value for money with top-notch service and a fantastic location.

Even though the 'Superior King' rooms were a bit small, my stay was comfortable overall. The rooms had high ceilings and a nice classic decor that we got completely free of charge. The staff were very friendly, kind, and did their best to ensure we enjoyed our stay in Istanbul. The location is simply fantastic for tourists, being on a quiet road off the main hustle of Karakoy and close to the historical part of the city. The dining experience was very good with a variety of options, although a bit expensive considering what was on offer.
