i appreciated the cozy style and its homely feel SO much. the location was good for exploring. breakfast and the evening wine and cheese were special touches i adored.
i found the bedroom a tiny bit noisy due to street sounds.

the room had cable tv, that was useful. i liked the continental breakfast served. also, the staff was excellent, they helped me when i needed it.

The room had a safe for valuables. I found free coffee and tea in the basement. The hotel provided a daily breakfast at a nearby sister hotel. It included fruit and pastries. I appreciated the complimentary wine and snacks available in the afternoon.
The front door required a key to enter at all times. This felt somewhat inconvenient.

I appreciated the all-day availability of coffee and tea, a definite plus. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was very clean upon arrival, and the cleaning service was excellent each day.
The walls seemed quite THIN, and I could hear noise from other rooms which was annoying.

the location provides a good access to nearby attractions.
The television in my room did not function, and the problem was only resolved on the third day of my stay. the towels provided were old and contained holes. also, the breakfast offered only coffee, juice, a muffin, and some fruit. Bread was absent.

I found the location quite central, and i could easily reach nearby attractions. also, the free drinks in the basement were a nice touch. I certainly made the most of them.
My room faced the street, and i noticed some street noise at night. Light sleepers might want to request a room away from the front. additionally, the breakfast felt somewhat basic. I hoped for a larger selection.
