i enjoyed my time there the location is superb near union square and the financial district the hotel has a charming historic feel i was very impressed by staff friendliness they were super responsive to my needs and requests the room was well designed too with nice classic finishes i also found useful modern amenities like the illy coffee maker.
street noise was a problem for me it kept me awake during the night the sound seemed to come through the air conditioning unit into the room i recommend better soundproofing or fixing air conditioner issues to help improve sleep quality .
