The hotel's location was excellent. I could easily walk to many shops. The room was impeccably very comfy and tidy. The staff members were consistently polite and attentive. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere. I barely heard other people .
The staff could have offered more assistance with luggage on arrival. It would have been helpful.

The room was very clean and spacious, and it also featured nice furnishings. I found the living areas to be big and cosy with sofas. Overall, it provided a relaxing experience.

I liked the business center, a private area for my work meetings. I was able to have breakfast in the restaurant which added to the convenience. The entrance and hall with the fireplace are beautiful.
