really good accommodation
major attractions private pool honeymoon display
the hotel is located close to many shops and bars. it is walkable to the monkey forest. the villa was very big it had everything we needed and was very clean. the honeymoon display on arrival was a nice touch.
i had to ask four times over two hours for a towel at the pool. the pool area needs some maintenance. i saw rotted wood and badly cracked walls.

the staff members were attentive throughout our visit. they helped arrange day trips and were genuinely helpful. their service.

the main pool had amazing views. the villa had a private pool with an outdoor dining area. everything was looked super fresh and the gardener clearly takes pride in their work. the pool area was beautiful and always very quiet

some issues affected the stay
The pool wasn't clean. I saw a lot of dirt at the bottom. also, the breakfast choices were limited. it made relaxing difficult. the staff didn't seem to address the noise issue effectively.

a somewhat satisfactory experience
short walk multiple options rotting wood pool area
the location is definitely convenient. it is a short walk to many cafes and restaurants (that was especially helpful). also, the breakfast had several options. i found it quite adequate.
i had to ask multiple times for a towel when i was at the pool. the outside and pool area seems to need some maintenance. some wood was rotting and falling away from the structures with plants growing in it.

serene retreat with perfect service
private pool fresh breakfast really good service
i stayed in a villa offering a private pool and an outdoor dining area everything was looked super fresh the gardener took great pride in their work each morning breakfast was freshly cooked to order i favored the croissant.
the absence of readily available umbrellas was a minor inconvenience a broken one was offered without a clear alternative plan presented.

sweet drink kind staff super clean room
I adored the welcome drink upon arrival, a sweet start to my stay. the staff was genuinely kind, always ready to help. the room was kept super clean. I was always greeted by a beautifully arranged space.
the plunge pool water felt a little cold sometimes, limiting my use.
