I found the central location particularly charming. I moved around easily to various shops. The staff were helpful and friendly, it. Breakfast had lovely views, and the hotel kindly provided a takeaway bag because I checked out early. The room has space with beautiful decor. It charmed me.
Sound proofing was not adequate, so I heard noise from next door. I also expected a sauna based on pictures, but I found none.

Breakfast offered amazing views with a wide selection of choices, it made mornings enjoyable. The rooftop bar served pre-meal drinks with equally stunning panoramas, the drinks being expertly prepared. A tour guide assistance device also helped me, it provided historical context.

My classic room included plenty of space, it was a cozy retreat after a day exploring. The decor in the room seemed pleasing and created a welcoming ambience. The staff keep rooms very clean, it made stay more comfortable.

The hotel is a short walk to the train station; it made arrival and departure easy. The proximity to the city center allowed me easy exploration of main tourist locations. The hotel is also near a street with several chinese restaurants, the location being convenient.

staff attitudestrict policy
The staff mostly ignored me upon entry. I always said hello when I entered the hotel. The air conditioning switched off at midnight, so the room felt very hot at night. I was told that air conditioning policies in Europe are strict, especially in Italy. The room felt stuffy, hindering sleep. I was disappointed because I had looked forward to this trip for a year.

the hotel was very clean.
The bed was quite possibly the hardest bed i have ever come across in my life. i cannot believe they would make such a horrible mattress. they did install a topper on the mattress for us, but it was still a very bad sleeping experience. the room was also very hot, even with the heat off. No air was circulating at all.

the hotel staff greeted me warmly upon arrival and remembered my name throughout my stay i appreciated the convenient location near the train station it made exploring the area simple the rooftop restaurant offered amazing views during breakfast the overall character of the hotel was fabulous.
i noticed a small stain on the carpet in one corner of the room it was minor but worth mentioning for thoroughness.
