musty smell broken remote
my room smelled kinda musty when i got there, and it stayed like that the whole time. also, the tv remote didn't work. i had to call down to the front desk, and they brought me a new one, but it was a hassle. for what i paid, i expected everything to just, you know, work. this really annoyed me.

great location friendly staff comfortable room good breakfast
the location is great as it is a short walk from the central station. the staff are friendly and helpful which i found good. i stayed in a standard double room and it was comfortable. there was a good breakfast included and i recommend going earlier because it gets busy.
The room was a bit small with limited hanging space. there were no drawers for storing clothes. It was advertised as a double room, though i traveled alone.

the room had a comfortable bed, a desk and a tv. it also had a small seating area with a chair. the bathroom was clean and well-kept. there were sufficient towels.

the front desk staff were always available, and they quickly answered my questions. housekeeping provided fresh towels and tidied the room daily. the hotel offers a convenient wake-up call service too. there was efficient luggage storage.

a perfect stay
clean feeling kind staff varied breakfast
I really enjoyed how clean everything was, despite some small cracks in the walls. It felt so fresh and new. the staff shines. Their kindness and readiness to help made all the difference to me. breakfast was another high point, with so many options that i tried something different each day!
the absence of a refrigerator in my room was a bit inconvenient. i missed keeping drinks cold and storing leftovers.

the breakfast offered a great variety (i especially liked the cheese selection).
The elevator access felt a bit like a trap. I considered the fire safety implications. the shower space was minimal, and a plastic curtain clung unpleasantly during showers.

friendly staff good breakfast cold room over zealous air conditioner
the staff was friendly at the reception and the breakfast was good, prices were also affordable.
The room i received was not up to standard. The over zealous air conditioner was making the room very cold when i arrived and it could not be fully turned off.

a reasonable stay
large window breakfast options central location small room street noise daily cleaning
the breakfast options included many choices and tasted good. the staff was friendly and helpful with directions. the location was central to many attractions it was easy to walk around. the room also included a large window for natural light.
the room size felt small even with just my luggage. the lack of daily cleaning was a bit annoying as i prefer fresh towels. the noise from the street was noticeable at night i needed earplugs to sleep well.
