The hotel is conveniently located near South Kensington, offering a great base for exploring London. The rooms were very comfortable and warm, providing a cozy stay. The service was exceptional, with friendly and lovely staff throughout. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, and there were minor cleanliness issues in certain areas.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were even better than shown in the pictures, equipped with complimentary water bottles, tea, coffee, and snacks. The staff was one of the best I have ever encountered, so helpful and welcoming. However, there were some loud noises that persisted, which was a bit annoying.
