the staff was helpful. omar at the concierge was always available. omnia at the reception was cute. raju at the restaurant provided good service (i really liked his attention to detail).

I found the staff very cute. Gratitude to Sajna and Philip. They are the face of the hotel and the reason I keep returning. I also appreciate the well kept cleanliness of the hotel premises.
I noticed the parking from the backside is tight. It makes driving through the ramp difficult. The breakfast was very basic and cold.

The staff were very cordial, and i especially thank manisha for making my stay wonderful. The service was amazing. the sports house ambience had an amazing vibe. the location is near shopping places.
the gym is very poor, it needs an upgrade. the breakfast was terrible. i found it cold and very basic. checkout at the reception took a long time since they checked the room first.
