the rooms have a fine view. i had access to the lounge and the indoor pool and it was a good experience. the location was also beneficial, close to the main shopping mall. staff at the door greet guests daily and offered assistances.
I did find some noise at night coming from the rooftop which was inconvenient. i wanted to use the outside pool area but i couldn't. the hotel was preparing for new year's eve. the concierge services are not very responsive either. I requested a ticket printout four times before receiving it.

The gym had three treadmills. Breakfast offered a wide range of choices. I found the staff to be fantastic. The room felt spacious.
The security guards seemed very rude. I thought they did not treat customers with enough respect. They did not allow limousines inside the lobby.

the location was very convenient. the financial center metro station was quite close to the hotel. it made getting around the area simple. breakfast had a lot of different choices. i found both local and international food.
i had two rooms. both were very noisy late at night because of the rooftop. i know others have said the same thing. the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. the hotel seemed old and quite outdated.

My room was spacious and elegant. I found two delicious chocolate cakes in the room to celebrate my birthday.. a thoughtful surprise. The breakfast buffet offered diverse and delicious options. I look forward to returning soon.
The pool area was quite busy. I had to wait briefly to secure a lounge chair, a slight inconvenience during an otherwise relaxing afternoon at the pool.

I found the breakfast service fantastic. ahmad in the dining area was helpful. haris kadar aided with tour bookings. He helped adjust everything for us. everyone there.
the hotel location is nice. i found the key card had issues every day. the staff had no effort to solve it. ms. olga was the only one who helped me.

I was grateful for the spaciousness and cleanliness of my Beautiful King Room Burj Khalifa View. The view was a definite plus. The rooftop pool area was enjoyable. I also found the late checkout at 4pm to be very helpful for my late flight.
The noise from the rooftop at night was disturbing. I found the concierge service to be inadequate. I asked multiple times for a ticket to be printed. One was scribbled on an envelope. There were limited vegetarian or vegan pastry options, a disappointment in 2024.
