amazing experience!

warm welcome great helpfulness cute service
i was so happy with the warm welcome upon arrival and the attention to detail i really appreciated jessa and pascal's helpfulness at the reception i felt so well taken care of. maria and mayar at the club lounge gave a very cute service it. mugundan at the nai restaurant gave very nice service it made the dining experience nice
there was a shortage of dental kits slippers and drinking glasses this oversight detracted from the overall experience

Service Lapses Detract From Location

missing information slow luggage
The reception staff did not fully explain the hotel facilities to me. There was no information about services. I waited an hour for my luggage to arrive in my Club Beautiful Room Twin. Another person from reception called me to ask me to visit the front desk to pay the rest of the amount. The hotel offered nothing to improve my satisfaction.
