small pillowscleaning routine
The pillow size seemed small and uncosy. I found the bed to be not comfy. The daily cleaning routine did not properly check the shower gel, that went on for two days. Power turned off, then the air con and wifi connection failed at the same time.

the hotel staff was very friendly. they prepared snacks for us to take with us because we were checking out at 5am and were going to miss the complimentary breakfast (very kind gesture!).
the pillows were small. i also found the bed to be not comfy at all. the cleaning team moved my private items without asking.
