The staff were very helpful. I found everything clean. The location was very quiet at night. The room was well-kept. I also appreciated how easy it was to reach the BIC.. a very important thing for me.
The service at breakfast was rather slow. I noticed that only one person was available to take orders. The towels also seemed thin, and I think they could use replacing. I also found the mattress to be too soft.
